When you reserve a time, we will be almost immediately notified and will contact you to give you the combo code. If you do not hear from us please call 650-857-1000. IMPORTANT: We need time to contact the occupant and have the occupant put the combo lockbox outside.
The automatic confirmation is normally quite quick. If you are going to be running past your reserved time slot please try to reserve the following time slot so other agents will know you are there. If the following time slot is not available, another agent has already reserved it.
